All Natural beef from Niman ranch or Five dot ranch.
100% Organic ingredients for marinade.

4 Servings (based on 8 oz serving).

Our authentic marinade made from 100% certified organic ingredients makes meat tender and full of flavors.
This product is made from all natural beef from Niman Ranch(http://nimanranch.com) or Five Dot Ranch(http://nimanranch.com) where cattle are raised with all vegetable feeds, no antibiotics, no hormones of any kind.

What is traditional cut? and why is it more expansive than LA(lateral) cut?
The traditional cut is more difficult to do since it is a special cut to make a long piece of meat from a chunk of short rib. This cut makes the meat more tender and marinates better. The traditional cut is more popular in restaurants in Korea.
