We hand pick each USDA Choice grade beef short rib package and hand trimmed to remove excessive fat and other unnecessary parts.

Your package will be created when you order and ship within a day or two unfrozen so you can enjoy superior taste.

Ingredients :
Galbi - beef short ribs, onion, asian pear, garlic, soy sauce, water, wine, sugar, green onion, sesame seed oil, roasted sesame seed, ground pepper, corn syrup
Chicken Bulgogi - chicken, onion, wine, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, ground pepper, sesame oil, sesame seed, garlic, corn syrup
Kimchi - cabbage, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger, brined shrimp allowed to ferment, fish sauce, sweet rice, sesame, salt, crushed red pepper, sugar

Cooking Directions :
Galbi
Frying Pan - medium high heat, cook 2-3 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
Grill - medium high heat, cook 5-10 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached.
Oven - bake them in the oven at 375 degrees about 15 - 20 minutes.
Chicken Bulgogi
Frying Pan - Cook over medium-high heat in frying pan, stirring occasionally until well done and browned.
Grill - medium high heat, cook 10-15 minutes until the meat is throughly cooked.
